We can help you design an on site Health fair or Wellness programs to meet your companies needs. A health fair gives you the opportunity to reach out to people about their health and well-being. A PSI consultant will guide you through every step, designing and selecting options specifically around your company’s needs for your Company Wellness or Corporate Health Fair event. Three-months’ advance notice is optimal, as programs require coordination to provide the services. Key Benefits
Corporate or Company health fairs are an effective way to provide valuable health information and screening services to large numbers of employees and/or their Families in a convenient setting. Employees are encouraged to participate in a voluntary program by completing a health risk assessment questionnaire and undergoing initial lab tests. Several health assessment activities can be offered to employees to evaluate their level of health. All confidential for each participant in accordance with HIPPA regulations. Participants receive test results in the mail in four weeks or less after the event. Through the on-site screening process, health risk assessment programs have identified people in the early stages of diabetes, hypertension and other diseases and conditions. To encourage participation some employers kick off the program with health fairs and offer incentives for participation, such as gift certificates, paycheck bonuses or discounts on insurance premiums.
